If you love a "REAL HOME" this historic beauty is full of CHARM! You can literally feel the history as you walk across the occasional creaky floor board. Stunning brick, open beams in family room. Located in one of the coolest areas in Pittsburgh, most attractions are walking distance. Museums, restaurants, sport venues. The Aviary, Allegheny Commons Park & Lake Elizabeth are just one block away! Perfect for families, friends, groups & Fido, so don't be surprised if you find a dog hair or two.

The space
This 150 year old row house has three floors of charm with all updated modern amenities. There are cozy corners for reading or playing board games. A huge kitchen perfect for entertaining or family meals. A magical private courtyard for enjoying a drink, smoking (sorry, not inside) or gas grilling (not inside, either) or just chilling. The courtyard opens onto Pittsburgh’s coolest & most artistic alley (Sampsonia Way with Mattress Factory art museum, City of Asylum art houses). Dining room features an upright studio grand piano. We offer a work station, a bathroom on every floor, WiFi, Alexa, Netflix, and of course a Foosball Table! All bedrooms are located on the second and third floor so you will need to navigate the stairs. The house is huge so there is plenty of space to stay together yet enjoy some privacy. We do welcome dogs with a $150 Pet Fee per dog and a $350 refundable pet deposit. All dogs must be crated if being left alone on property. Deposits will be returned after checkout providing there is no damage.

Our guests will have the whole 3000 sq foot home & private fenced courtyard to themselves.

Other things to note
Two bedrooms and Sofa Bed are located on the second floor. The master suite is located on the third floor. All bedrooms require you to navigate stairs.
