Located in the desirable Uptown District in Historical Downtown St. Augustine, this charming early 1900’s home is the perfect local experience. Featuring alley access to a private driveway with a designated one car parking spot, this newly renovated apartment is steps from all of the city’s hot spots. Guests can easily walk or bike to all of the famous tourist attractions, fantastic dining, and even the area’s famous beaches. This cozy space is also the perfect escape to just stay in and relax.

Other things to note
We love opening our home to guests who are coming to share in what we believe to be one of the most special places in the world. In addition to hosting Airbnb users, family and friends visit us from all over to celebrate holidays, birthdays, and to spend time with our family. In order to manage our calendar appropriately, we do not automatically accept requests beyond 3 months in advance of your travel dates. You may inquire by sending us a note if you so choose. Please know that we will do what we can to accept reservation requests and we thank you in advance for your understanding.

As much as we love all animals, our space is not suitable for pets or service animals of any kind. We understand that this may eliminate our home from your search but we certainly want to be as transparent as possible to alleviate any stress this may cause.
