The space
Nestled at the intersection of seclusion and convenience, Clairmont House looks out from St. Croix’s tallest residential hill. Our area of the North Shore is nicknamed Rainbow Alley for its frequent breathtaking rainbows, especially during the winter months.
You’ll find yourself right above Salt River — a critically acclaimed bioluminescent National Park — and Cane Bay — a white-sanded, sapphire-oceaned beach framing one of the world’s most vibrant reefs. You’ll find yourself a mere 10 minutes from classic St. Croix restaurants, 15 minutes from grocery shopping and pharmacies, and 20 minutes from the heart of downtown Christiansted. Situated conveniently between the island’s two major cities (Christiansted and Frederiksted), Clairmont House empowers you to explore all of St. Croix that you wish to reach — or to simply kick back and relax in front of the view from the comfort of the ocean-overlook pool, wraparound porch, and private garden.
