Welcome to your Breckenridge mountain retreat. Tucked just south of town along the Blue River corridor, this newly renovated home offers a comfortable place to relax after a day on the slopes, hiking local trails, or exploring historic Main Street. With warm natural light, mountain views, and thoughtful amenities throughout, the space is designed to feel both cozy and functional for families, couples, and small groups.
- The living room offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, and a charming wood-burning stove that adds warmth and character during cooler months. Large windows bring in natural light and showcase the surrounding alpine scenery.
- The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, featuring a large island with bar seating, a dedicated dining area, and a wall of windows overlooking the mountains. It’s an inviting space for morning coffee before hitting the slopes or gathering together for dinner after a day outdoors.
- Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: King bed + desk workspace (great for remote work)
• Bedroom 2: Two twin beds
• Living Area: Additional twin bed
- The home also includes a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and in-home laundry for guest use. Central heating and fast, reliable Wi-Fi help keep your stay comfortable and connected year-round.

- We've prepared a starter supply that includes coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels!
- Wood-burning stove (guests supply firewood)
- Mountain weather and wildlife are part of the experience
- Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
