House Rules
Check-in is after 3PM

1. No more than 4 adults. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children; additional children may be allowed depending on age and conditions.
2. No partying, no illegal activities, no smoking, no pets.
3. No shoes on hardwood and carpet areas.
4. All household appliances and lights must be turned off when not occupied.
5. Strict adherence to City and Building Strata by-laws (including noise by-laws) and respect for other building users expected.
6. Cleaning charge is for basic cleaning. Guests are expected to keep used dishes in the dishwasher and must leave the suite clean and tidy. Additional cleaning charges and compensation for loss of rental period applies if extended cleaning / maintenance become necessary due to action caused by guests or their visitors.
7. Waste of more than 3 days shall not be left in the apartment while checking out ; guests may recycle or dispose waste at building recycle/waste management facility.
8. A damage deposit of 50% of the applicable rent will be required.
9. Upon arrival, guests will be required to sign `British Columbia - Residential Tenancy Agreement, Strata Property Act - Form K (Tenant's Responsibilities) and Addendum indemnifying the landlord and building strata from compensation and or legal action for injury, harm or loss caused by the action of the guests or their visitors. Guests may take insurance for their valuables and for incidental harm or damage that may be caused by the action of guests or their visitors.
