Family-friendly!! Come and relax! Therapeutic, calm and with beautiful views, wild animals and fresh mountain air, great for hiking and cycling in the surroundings. We are just 20 minutes from the center of Serra Negra (10 km on asphalt and 2 km on a very well-preserved dirt road). Stay in a house within the agroecological site, with 3 bedrooms, 1 en-suite, all with ceiling fans, very cozy and quiet. We offer cable TV and Wi-Fi, a large balcony with a table and hammock.

We provide 6 pillows, 2 double comforters and 2 double knit blankets (see photos).
Bring your bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) and bath towels!
In the kitchen, we have some pots, a frying pan, cutlery and dishes, as well as a filter, coffee strainer and thermos bottle! We leave hand towels, face towels and dish towels.
You can cook in peace.
We also leave salt and sugar and 1 Fondue pot!
You just need to bring food, oil and whatever else you want!

The accommodation is in the entire house, a covered backyard with a table and barbecue grill, and an outdoor canvas pool (available between December and May). Guests and their pets are not allowed in the other areas of the site.

PET-FRIENDLY POLICY
Your pet is always welcome here at Sítio São Roque!
To do so, pay attention to the rules for good coexistence and permanence:
- We only accept animals that are in good health, gentle, affectionate and properly vaccinated;
- The guardian must bring all the items for the stay of their pet, such as a crate, toys, food and feeders. If you have forgotten, we have a crate and feeders to lend! And we can point out places that sell pet food in the city. Loaned items must be returned sanitized and in good condition so that other pets can use them as well;
- The use of bed linen and towels, furniture, containers, dishes or bathrooms of the house for food, hygiene or pet care is not allowed; Non-compliance is subject to a charge;
- The pet will not be able to enter the pool, and the guardian must take care that there is no damage to any item belonging to this area;
- For the outdoor area, the pet owner must keep their pet in the area belonging to the accommodation; the pet can walk and play in the covered backyard of the house and in the front part up to the entrance of the gate of the Ranch, but is not allowed to walk in the coffee plantation;
- Here on the property, we have free-range chickens, so the guardian must be responsible for ensuring that their pet does not attack or hurt them;
- Remember that we are on a rural property and, therefore, poisonous animals such as spiders, toads, among others, may appear, so the guardian must ensure the care of their pet.
- If it gets hurt or feels ill, we leave below the contact information of Veterinarians in the region
- We recommend that animals be vaccinated between at least 15 days and up to 11 months before the check-in date. It is important to note that the guardian is solely responsible for the health and any type of illness that the pets may contract;
- Cleaning and waste collection must be done by the guardian and stored in an external trash can;
All these precautions are necessary for you and your pet to have a peaceful stay, getting along well with the other animals on the property and filled with good times!
