The space
Light and bright 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom single story home with a private front yard with BBQ grill and outdoor table. See photos.

It has Air Conditioning, Heat, Washer, Dryer, AppleTV, Hulu, Roku, Disney+ and more. It even comes with 1 (one) driveway parking space that's great for medium sized or smaller cars.

The first bedroom has 1 memory foam queen bed that sleeps two. The second bedroom has 1 memory foam queen bed that sleeps two. Both bedrooms also have room darkening shades.


5TH AND 6TH BEDS:
The 5th and 6th beds are small fold out single bed memory foam cots. These cots can be placed anywhere, are great for kids and can even be used by some adults. One is stored inside the closet of each bedroom. See photo.

*** Airbnb doesn’t offer a choice for “fold out cot” so we selected “floor mattress” instead.


WALK SCORE = 95:
Walk Score gives this location a rating of 95 out of 100 and says "daily errands do not require a car". They also give a Bike Score of 94 out of 100 and say it's "flat as a pancake, excellent bike lanes."

So, if you plan on staying locally in the Venice area, no car is needed. It's easy to get around walking, with a scooter rentals (Bird, etc) and Uber, Lyft or taxi is great to get to and from LAX.


PARKING:
That being said, this unit comes with 1 (one) driveway parking space which is great for medium sized or smaller cars. If you have a really large vehicle and would rather park on the street, luckily there are no permits needed for that. Just be aware of the “No Parking” hours, which are 2 hours once a week each side of the street.

Be aware that during hot days, summer, weekends, holidays and some other times, daytime parking on the street can be a challenge because of all the beach goers. So if you’re renting a car, go for a medium or smaller size!
