Welcome to Midtown! This spacious apartment is in a very central location with many restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment just downstairs and steps away. Wynwood and The Design District are minutes away. The building has many luxe amenities to enjoy like a grill area, a pool with cabanas, a gym and a putting green. Parking is included. There will be a one time fee of $50 per guest. Spouses and minor children are counted as 1 guest. Credit cards are accepted.

This lovely apartment can host up to 4 people

BEDROOM: Features a King canopy bed and spacious walk in closet.

LIVING ROOM: Features a queen sofa bed for 2 additional guests

BATHROOM: Features a shower

KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with all you'd need to cook a meal in and a island kitchen seating for 4. There is a coffee machine as well as pots, pans and everything else you'd like in a kitchen for cooking.

There is a smart TV in the living room and ample seating, as well as a washer and dryer with detergent for your use.

The building: We include a beach umbrella and chairs for your enjoyment. There will be pool towels for use at our lovely pool with cabanas. There is a putting green, 24 hour front desk and 2 elevators. The unit comes with covered garage parking. There is a BBQ area with great seating for spending an afternoon grilling outdoors.

We supply toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, dish soap, new dish sponge, handsoap, coffee, cooking and pantry essentials to ensure you have all you need for your arrival.

Please note there is a one time fee of $50 per guest or family member that is to be paid to the building front desk upon check in. Spouses and minor children will be considered as 1 guest. Credit cards are accepted and a photo ID will be needed for all guests.


CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm and check-out anytime before 11 am.

Each guest at check in must pay $50per family member paid directly at the front desk at check in. Please note spouses and minor children will be considered as one family member.

You will receive the check in instructions 24 hours before your arrival.

At check-in, building association requires a credit or debit card in case of any damages or misconduct in the common areas of the building.

* Hours allowed for visits: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you have a guest that needs to stay past 11PM please reach out to us so we can register them with the building.

* You will be given the check in instructions 24hrs prior to your arrival, and the check out instructions 24 hrs prior to your departure

*vehicles must not exceed 6.8 ft

Midtown is special because it's all a brand new development so the restaurants and apartments are very modern and new. There is so much dining variety within walking distance and with parking being so convenient you can drive to the beach in 5 minutes. The airport is just 8 minutes away as well.
