Great location

Guests who stayed here in the past year loved the location.
Completely private stand alone tiny house, comfortable for 1-4 people. Guaranteed the absolute coziest place to stay in Trolley Square.

Unusual amenities include:
- *Homemade ice cream*
- Loaded pantry and fridge
- Yoga mats, blocks, & YogaGlo subscription
- King size lofted bed

Downtown Trolley and Brandywine Park are less than a minute walk. Right next to restaurants, Acme, several coffee shops, bus stop, and bars. Close to many attractions including Longwood Gardens and Winterthur.

The space
Trolley Hideaway features a double high ceiling in part of the house, a cozy and private loft, a farmhouse sink, a 4-person kitchen table, a desk work area, a small living room, and beautiful butcher block countertops. It's just enough space to do what you need without cramming.

Please note that access to the loft requires climbing a ladder.

In the winter home made bread will be waiting for you upon arrival. The pantry and fridge is fully loaded with enough food options to cover your breakfast and midnight snack, and maybe help you out with lunch and dinner. Please be reasonable, but you have full access to whatever food you'd like to make.

Guest access
Please do not park in the driveway! Parking is widely available - it is rare to have to park further than half a block away.  Parking is only available overnight and on weekends within the immediate block. Free 24/7 parking is available on N Dupont Street, right next the to the Acme.

The bus stop is a 30-second walk from the apartment.  The Brandywine Park is a 60-second walk, which allows you to safely walk or bike into the city.

Other things to note
Stays of 3 weeks or more are required to have a bi-weekly cleaning, (weekly if with pets), billed to guest.

Please note that the bed is in a lofted space, and that access to it requires use of a ladder. Please do not book this space unless you are able to climb up and down, or are willing to sleep on the sofa bed.

This tiny home includes a bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower.

Neighborhood highlights

Trolley Square is a true gem, in the heart of some of Wilmington's best amenities. It's a tiny piece of Philadelphia, right in Wilmington. The main drag is about one block long, which features bars, multiple eating options, a beer distributor, several coffee shops, and access to Delaware's greatest asset, its state parks.

Walk north through the Brandywine Park along the Brandywine River and historic raceway to the Josephine Fountain, Rose Garden, and Brandywine Zoo. Continuing on will bring you to downtown Wilmington and Market Street. Instead, walk west and discover the Art Museum, Rockford Tower, and Historic Hagley.

If you are a biker, you will take joy in the large network of trails at your fingertips - take the Delaware Greenway to Bellevue park, or take the JAM trail, to Old New Castle, all of which requires zero biking on the road.

Rock Climbers can find a fun day at Alapocas Rock Climbing Wall, right along the historic Brandywine.
