Kuker Carriage House was originally a barn that has been converted into apartments in the heart of the newly revitalized Florence downtown. This upstairs unit was just fully appointed and is ready for you to enjoy, whether for a short overnight stop or a longer extended stay. This space is bright and open with lots of natural light. 2 bedrooms with Queen beds in each, full bath, Wifi and TV, full kitchen and laundry. Just 4 miles from I95 and I20. Ideal for travelers or contract workers!

The space
This upstairs apartment features two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a full kitchen, laundry area, full bathroom, and den with Smart TV, workspace and eating area, and wifi.
*Please note that this is an old building with upstairs/downstairs units. There may be times that you will be able to hear sounds from your neighbors downstairs. There are sound machines available if you choose. Also, please be respectful of your downstairs neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. For extended stays (longer than three nights) this apartment is not well suited for four adults. Our maximum is two adults and two children.

The entrance to the upstairs apartment is accessed through the door on the front of the two story duplex.

Be mindful to follow instructions to access the correct unit.

Other things to note
Please note that the Carriage House is located downtown and you will hear road noise and other city sounds.
Our property is not for hosting additional guests or hosting parties under any circumstances.
This is a NO SMOKING/VAPING PROPERTY (tobacco, marijuana, or any substance)
While we do have a full kitchen available, due to the risk of fire and damaging odors, absolutely no deep frying or pan frying is allowed. If evidence of frying is found, there will be a $150 additional cleaning fee applied to your stay. Thank you for understanding.
