This is the new apartment I am managing for a friend. The standard will be the same of the 2 apartments I own, so please have a look to the ratings in those 2 apartments.

2 bedroom apartment in the Herdade dos Salgados 5 star resort for relaxed holidays close to the nature, beach and golf. The apartment is a high ground floor with a large balcony (23 m2), a huge living room (42 m2) and view over the 7 swimming pools. The resort has direct connections to Salgados Golf and to the beach.

The space
- The apartment has 1 bed for 2 in the suite and 2 single beds in the second room. The living room has 1 sofa beds, dining table with 6 chairs and air conditioning.
- The apartment is supplied with bed linen and towels for 5 persons at no extra cost. Weekly change at no extra cost.
- The kitchenette is fully equipped: dishwasher, dryer/washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle.
- The kitchen has a Nexpresso coffee machine.
- Wireless FIBRE internet with 500Mbps and TV with 180 channels including tens of international channels. The internet and the TV are really, really fast, ideal for WFH.
- The apartment has one parking space in the basement that can be used for free. In addition, there are plenty of parking spaces in the resort (no shadow).

The beach is at 10 minutes walk and you can walk over the Lagoa dos Salgados.
All the area is extremely pleasant. In the walk over the Salgados Lagoon, you will see birds you have never seen before.
