Built in 2013 and nestled in a quaint Oak Bluffs residential neighborhood, our stand alone home features a large 1 bedroom suite, 1 & 1/2 baths, work loft, open concept living room and kitchen and a large enclosed back yard with outdoor shower, BBQ grill, outdoor dining and seating areas. #CozyBluffs is located close to town and is just .5 miles from Circuit Avenue, Jetties Beach and the Oak Bluffs ferry terminal.

Designed by local Architect Chuck Sullivan and built in 2013 #CozyBluffs is nestled in a quaint Oak Bluffs residential neighborhood. This 755 Sq Ft split level, one bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath home is located only .5 miles from Circuit Avenue, Jetties Beach and the Oak Bluffs ferry terminal. Enjoy the quintessential mix of modern luxury with an Oak Bluffs vibe that is #CozyBluffs!
