The apartment is newly renovated to a high standard with stylish furnishings and comfort in mind. It is located on the edge of the popular old town area of Kalkan, just a 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and 5 minutes to the beach, harbour, restaurants and bars.
Within the grounds there are 6 apartments in total, just 2 of which rent out, the others are used by the owners when they visit from overseas. The large shared pool (12 x 4 m) has a spacious surround and catches the sun all day.

The space
We are situated within the old town area, a desirable location due to its close proximity to all the amenities that attract visitors to Kalkan year after year.
The development is off road in a tranquil location. From the apartment and the side terrace area there are great sea views.
Around the large pool there is plenty of sunbathing areas, along with welcome shady spots too.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including a water filter, kettle, toaster, cafetière, stove top espresso maker and oven dishes. A microwave can be provided on request.
There is plenty of storage space for clothes, hangers, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
The beds are brand new, chosen with a good nights sleep in mind. There are 2 types of pillow on each bed. The double room has a balcony that is shady most of the day, a nice cool place to sit. The twin beds can be made in to a double on request. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows and air con. A stand up fan can be provided on request.
The kitchen/living/dining area has a ceiling fan as well as air con, a balcony with a small table and 2 chairs, comfortable seating, smart TVs with a selection of Uk channels and Netflix.
Outside the apartment entrance is a terrace area with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, 2 loungers and an umbrella and 2 reclining chairs. There are a further 2 loungers and umbrella by the poolside for your use. The lighter weight loungers and/or the reclining chairs can easily be carried down to the poolside.

Guest access
All the poolside is available for you, there are dedicated loungers for the apartment that can be moved to suit you, plus a terrace area outside the front door with 2 more sun loungers and a table and chairs for your sole use

Other things to note
The apartment is well equipped to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. If there is anything missing please let me know, I will do my very best to rectify as soon as possible.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a water filter so no need to carry bottled water, a microwave can be provided on request.
The twin beds can be made in to a double on request.
There is a digital safe in the wardrobe.
Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are provided for your safety.

Neighborhood highlights

The apartment is located on the edge of the old town area, very popular as this is where all the restaurants and bars that make Kalkan so special are located. We are not close enough to get any noise from them, but just a 200m walk will bring you on to the popular street where Salonika and Coast are located. A 400m walk will take you to the beach and harbour.
For day to day shopping there is a Carrefour supermarket 200 m away, plus we have food and drink delivery services.

I have been living in Kalkan for 20 years. I live close by to the property and will be on hand for anything you may need during your stay. I am passionate about the local area so looking forward to any questions you may have. My apartment has been newly renovated and my goal is to make a comfortable space in which to enjoy your time in Kalkan. It’s just 2 minute walk from the supermarket and restaurants, and 5 minutes from the beach and harbour.
