Enjoy glamorous camping 1600 feet above sea level in this tiny house with panoramic views of the Catskill Mountains just 2.5 hours from NYC. Ideal for couples! This tiny house is one of 3 unique structures located on our 4 acre farm.

Newly constructed in 2021 the 140 square foot house contains a luxury memory foam/coil spring hybrid queen mattress with full bedding, bath tub (access to stored rain water), kitchen sink & counter, 2 bar stools and raised eating platform.

The space
Just outside the house you'll find your Weber propane barbecue grill with outdoor table and benches. Use the ice filled cooler provided to store your burgers, hot dogs and other food items. We provide all the cooking utensils, silverware, paper plates, napkins, coffee mugs, drinking water and other kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, tissues, wipes, dish soap, etc.)

Super cozy queen sized bed, and 2 large windows that prop open allows a cool breeze to sweep through the space as you sleep. The front door also has a screen door that can let in maximum breeze and keep the bugs out!

If you're here during a clear night, you will be dazzled by our star gazing and wonder in awe at how clearly you can see the Milky Way from our field.

Walk our secluded dirt road and visit the animals at the nearby farm (Lamas, sheep, goats, donkeys, ducks, chickens). A well known organic cafe is just 2 miles away. Other nearby attractions are the Zoom Flume water park and Greenville Drive-In-Theater.

The highlights:

- 2 person tub with stunning panoramic views of the Catskill Mountains. Note: water is not heated, it is stored rain water.

- Queen sized mattress with full bedding.

- 2 bar stools and raised eating table.

- Outdoor Picnic table and 2 benches.

- Bar style sink with access to water storage tap.

- Real Port-o-potty style toilet 35 feet from building.

- Propane Weber BBQ grill. (propane included)

- Complimentary 4 gallon cooler, pre-filled with frozen water bottles.

- Complimentary 2 gallons of drinking water.

Note: Tub provides captured rain water stored in a 55 gallon storage tank from. Perfect for cooling off during a hot summer day or for taking a relaxing bubble bath in the evening.

Guest access
A large field (approx 1/4 acre). Private parking spot.

Other things to note
Note: Campfires are NOT ALLOWED to be made by guests at any time. At this elevation in the mountains the wind can get quite strong. This is why we provide a propane gas grill for your cooking needs.

Hi. We're married couple Stephen from New York and Elena originally from Ukraine. I began hosting guests in my New York home back in 2009. My first guests were two students from the Czech Republic who stayed one week. In 2010 I hosted 5 international students from Turkey. They were hosted for 3 months because they came to the America for a Work And Travel program and enjoyed working full time at the Zoomflume water park. Elena and I married in 2013 and had a child soon after. So our days renting our home was near the end. However, starting in 2018 we joined the Experience Hosting community and now offer an Experience called 'Design your own perfume' which was featured on ABC News and Hudson Valley Magazine. Elena has been collecting 100% pure essential oils since she was 17 and now has more than 600 in her personal collection. She's not only able to blend to your exact preference perfumes, she's also formulating them to improve your health as well!
