A space where you can relax while overlooking the sea of Kamakura.On the first floor, you can rent the second floor of power company Shonan, a facility that opened in 2017 as a sup & surf school.The space that has been renovated from a 100-year-old house is a calm place.The best part is the 10-second walk to the sea.When you open the window, you can hear the sound of the waves and the scent of the sea comes in.Optional sup experience is available.There are many achievements not only for accommodation, but also for companies offsite meetings and events.It is a 4-minute walk from Koshigoe Station and a 15-minute walk to Katase Enoshima Station with the sea.

The facility faces a coastal road which creates some noise from cars and motorbikes coming and going.
We provide earplugs for the amenities as a measure, but please note that many people care about it at night.
On the ocean side and east, there is a rain shutter outside the window.If you close it, it will have a blackout and soundproof effect, so please use it when you go to bed.
