Welcome to Gulf Breeze, Florida! Look forward to a relaxing vacation in this private rental with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Relax in your home-away-from-home fully equipped with all your desired amenities. Walk the scenic, sandy beaches of Pensacola, just 15 minutes away. Or, pack your fishing gear and bring home the catch of the day at the many ports and shores that the city of Pensacola boasts. Bring your friends & family to enjoy the Gulf Breeze Getaway!

The space
This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is an open concept house; as you step through the door, the living room is on the left, the kitchen is in front of you, and the dining table will be on the right.

Moving into the hallway, there is a full bathroom on the right of the hallway. Directly at the end of the hallway, there are three bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, charging ports conveniently close to each bed, and a closet.

There is a single step to get into the house and a single step down into the backyard, which has a seating area and grill. The backyard has a storage box shed which guests can access for beach supplies (one umbrella and six chairs).

Guest access
You will have access to the entire property and private backyard. There is a driveway with space for up to two cars.

Other things to note
There is a Ring Alarm system, which alerts me of when the doors and windows are opened, and a Ring camera to the left of the front door, which points towards the driveway. No cameras inside the house or in the backyard.
