Spacious annexe of a large country house with access to many beautiful walks through vineyards and bluebell woods. Comprising a stepped entrance into a porch, leading into a comfortable lounge, fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom with bath and shower; up (quite steep) stairs are two double bedrooms, off road parking for at least 2 cars. Close to local amenities, South Downs National Park, historic towns and places of interest. WiFi available.

The space
The lounge has 1 x 3 seater sofa and 1 x 2 seater sofa and a single sofa/bed, TV and large console (dining) table and bookcase with a selection of games.

The kitchen has a gas cooker with hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, laundry machine, ample storage cupboards, breakfast table and chairs.

The bathroom has a WC, washbasin, bath with shower.

There are 2 double bedrooms upstairs with French antique double beds. There is an ante room leading to one bedroom which has an interior window.

Hot water and heating is from gas combi boiler.

Guest access
There is space for 2 cars to park one behind the other to the west side of the Annexe

Other things to note
Access to the garden is limited to the secret orchard garden and fields behind which lead to a public footpath. The front garden can be used as access to walk to the pub.
The pool to the rear of the property is not available.

Neighborhood highlights

Located amidst beautiful countryside with views towards the South Downs, on the edge of the National Park. The historic towns of Arundel, Petworth, Midhurst and Chichester are nearby. There are many lovely walks right from the doorstep, together with vineyard tours (and tastings!) at the neighbouring, award-winning, Nutbourne and Nyetimber estates. For those visiting events at Goodwood the journey, by car, takes around 35 minutes. It is also possible to travel by train from Pulborough railway station, nearby.
