1 mile from snowmobile trails. 8 miles to Lake Gogebic./ BERGLAND. Centrally located to many tourist attractions in western UP. (Porcupine Mts., Lake Superior, Ontonagan, Victoria Dam In Rockland, Adventure copper Mine in Greenland, Bond Falls, Agate Falls, O Kun de Kun Falls and hiking trail, Sylvania Hiking and Recreation area, Wakefield, Bessemer, Ironwood all 30 minutes away). Fall Colors are amazing in September and October. Private on 80 acres. Lots of parking, storage, attached garage/3 Season porch as game room and reading nook with fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen. Backyard Fire pit with provided wood, BBQ grill with charcoal provided, corn hole games, game table, toys, fishing poles and tackle box in garage, main floor laundry.

LAKE GOGEBIC/ BERGLAND is 10 minutes by car heading west on M-28. You can find restaurants(ANTONIOS and TRAILSIDE BBQ) bars ( BERGLAND BAY BAR, HOOP AND HOLLAR, )and a Mobile gas station and minimart in the town ( ask for meat selections at counter as they keep a meat cooler in back) Closest larger Grocery store is Settlers Coop in Bruce Crossing which is 12 miles east of the house on M-28. It has everything plus a deli. New Dollar General is now open in BERGLAND. There are numerous places along Lake Gogebic for food and drink. Wakefield, Bessemer, White Pine, Ontonagan are all within 30 minutes. Lots to see and do. Binder of attractions/Menu’s/ DAY ITINERARY AND MAPS are available for viewing upon arrival at the house. Ask host about special tour books.
