Relax & watch TV on a 55” LG OLED. Complete with linens, kitchen equipment, high speed wifi, plenty of relaxing patio furniture outside and closed in lanai. Craft with the supplies and machines in the Dreambox. This Crafting Getaway is located in the gated Village of Alhambra just a short golf cart ride away from the popular Spanish Springs Town Square & Lake Sumter Landing which hosts shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly!

The space
Walk into the beautiful open floor plan with glass enclosed lanai with tile floor. The decor is a calming, serene beach home feel. This Crafting Getaway is a coastal inspired patio villa with wood toned vinyl plank flooring throughout main living areas. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. Kitchen equipped with Filtered Water and Ice dispenser in refrigerator Coffee Pot and Coffee, 4 slice toaster, blender and more. The second bedroom has a very comfortable Cabinet bed that can be put away if you only need 1 bed, this room also includes a desk and printer. Laundry in garage.

KEYLESS Front door, access code to door provided the day prior to Check-in and will work at time of check in until check out time. Check in is 1pm, Check out is 1pm you get almost an extra day with the check in and check out times.

THE VILLAGES AMENITIES: Live and play like a Villager…Guest passes can be arranged “with advance notice”

Relax and watch TV, includes Netflix, Disney+, Youtube tv, Youtube, Peacock, Amazon Prime, Streaming TV with local and nation wide channels, Roku, Discovery+(no commercials),

PARKING: The Garage and driveway is open for guests. 1 car in garage and 1 in driveway. A 2014 Yamaha gas golf cart with LED lights, turn signals, and gas gauge with full tank of gas is included. Do not park on grass.

Looking for other activities? Then there's El Santiago Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and Glenview Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and restaurant. Major stores, restaurants, medical facilities are minutes right off highway 441 as well as The Villages Regional Hospital is just 5 min away.

Security Cameras are located outside of house.

Pets, small dogs under 30lbs are allowed, small dog dishes, and doggie clean up bags are available, please clean up after your dog. $100 pet fee.
