The Ranch at Carlisle is a unique 129-acre farm and active motorsports/event property with open fields, pine trees, wide country views, and a large 12-acre pond stocked with bass and sunfish. This is not a traditional quiet neighborhood rental — it is a working farm and event venue. Depending on the date of your stay, there may be motocross, race track activity, farm equipment, event setup, vehicles, music, or general venue noise on the property.

Bring your UTVs, ATVs, or dirt bikes and enjoy the fun and excitement of staying at an active farm and motorsports property. The Ranch at Carlisle is built for guests who enjoy outdoor recreation, open land, race-day energy, and a true event venue atmosphere.

The property was recently purchased by our family, and we are continuing to clean up, improve, and groom the land for future expanded use. Guests should expect a real rural property with ongoing improvements, not a polished resort setting.

The home itself is spacious and very unique for the area. Built around 2002, it was originally designed with possible commercial use in mind. This listing is for the top level of the home, which offers easy access with no stairs required to enter. The home has central air conditioning, in-floor radiant heat, 9-foot ceilings, and a dramatic 20-foot cathedral ceiling in the main kitchen and living room area.

Large Andersen casement windows throughout the home bring in natural light and offer beautiful views of the surrounding property. Inside, guests will find a large open layout, plenty of space to gather, high-speed internet, a Roku TV, a full kitchen, generous parking, and access to a secure private garage.

Neighborhood highlights

We are in a very rural agricultural setting. We do not suggest walking on our road as there are no sidewalks, BUT we have over 129 acres of property to explore (see photos with red boundary markers). We have a 12 acre stocked pond with Large Mouth Bass and Sunny's for great catch and release fishing fun. We have a motocross track on-site that can be rented privately on certain days of the week or weekend. Please message us for details.

My wife and I have owned long term rental properties in the past which wasn’t easy, but was definitely worth the work in the end. We decided to give short term rentals a go a few years ago when we purchased our newest adventure, The Ranch at Carlisle. All of our family is involved with The Ranch to some degree. We enjoy the interaction with our guests and we hope they enjoy our beautiful place.
