Guests highlight the peaceful, private setting and how responsive Annie is throughout each stay
Far Out Cottage is nestled in the woods in the NW Skyline area. It’s far out like groovy and also away from the city but yet still conveniently located.

This unique experience is a step back into decades past but with the convenience of fast internet, roku and a modern flatscreen TV. The highlight of all this new technology is a throw back to the 70’s with an Atari equipped with all the classics. Your stay also includes a 50’s style fully equipped kitchen, 40’s style bathroom and laundry room.

The space
Enjoy the cushioned bench on the front porch and watch the kids play on the structure in the front yard.

The cottage was built in the 1940s and has seen quite a few updates over the years - however, this isn’t a fancy modern hotel. It’s quaint, basic and functional. There is no dishwasher but we provide disposable plates and forks for your convenience in addition to traditional dishes & utensils that you can hand wash and dry in a dish rack.

Other things to note
We don’t indicate in the amenities that we have A/C but we do have a small window unit in the main living room area and the master bedroom. There is baseboard heating throughout the cottage and there are also two oscillating fans you can move around the cottage if needed and a portable space heater.
