Gorgeous 2 bed, 2 bath 1st floor condo is on 42nd st. Ocean side! Newly renovated, modern and clean condo sleeps 8 (air mattress for 2)has everything you need to feel like you’re at home away from home! Beautifully decorated and complete with stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, a color changing gas fireplace, 80” tv, and is furnished with linens and towels. Just steps to the beach, convention canter and walking distance to the bars such as Seacrets, Coconuts and Taphouse.

The space
If you’d rather be outside, the beach is a just a few steps away which makes it easy to head back for lunch and kick back on the new Outdoor furniture on the sunny patio.

There’s a private parking lot for 1 car, with public street parking right in front of the condo.

Just steps to the beach, convention canter and walking distance to the bars such as Seacrets, Coconuts and Taphouse. Mini golf and indoor arcade are also within walking distance this condos location makes it the perfect midtown vacation spot for families and groups of people of all ages.
