Enjoy a unique stay with a spectacular view at Stephanie's House!
Built in 1882 and used in the 1986 film ‘Short Circuit’, this Victorian farmhouse has all the modern amenities.
Guests are just minutes away from downtown Astoria, and a short drive to our many coastal attractions.
The patio boasts one of the best views in town- the Astoria-Megler bridge and the mighty mouth of the Pacific Ocean. If the rain keeps you inside, the same view is available from every bedroom window.

The space
The house has been remodeled to match its appearance in Short Circuit. Fun pieces of movie memorabilia and promotional artwork can be enjoyed inside of the home.
Inside, you will find a space where vintage and modern design intermingle. Antique furniture accompanies new cozy couches and many dining options. Our dining room seats 6, a breakfast bar showcases a breathtaking river view, and our selection of patio furniture is perfect for relaxing in the sun.
Guests have a private entrance and will have access to two levels of the home, including the kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room. We offer Wi-fi, 2 TVs, toiletries, coffee/tea, and a kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and a Keurig.

Other things to note
The bedrooms are upstairs, to those with sensitive knees or other physical limitations.
