Verdant Loft - an architecturally stunning loft built in 2021

The open floor plan and beautiful French door opens to your private garden and makes the most serene interior.

Modern, yet warm and inviting. Tuft and Needle Mint queen bed on loft level and laundry plus bonus work space with skylight. Twin daybed in living room. 31 windows, skylights and 22 foot high ceiling brings in an abundance of natural light. It's like living in a tree house with 5-Star hotel amenities.

Private garden in the back is perfect for a coffee and a book and the upstairs workspace makes for a private Zoom Room.

Our home is bright and airy. We don't have shades on all the downstairs windows, so if you need a completely dark home during the day, this one is not for you!

This is a great neighborhood for biking or walking to Alberta Street and Killingsworth Ave for great restaurants, coffee and shops. We are also close to Williams and Mississippi, several large parks and freeway access is a five-minute drive away.

A day before you check in , you will be issued a door lock code for the front door via text. The House Manual is inside and should answer any questions but we are just a text message away should you need anything. Our caretaker lives in the yellow house on the property as well.
