This modern and coastal finished home offers 4BR/3BA, sleeping 12 comfortably, a well stocked chef's kitchen and dining space for everyone! Open and spacious living offers a dry bar, perfect for mixing your fave beach drinks, and large sofa to kick back after a day of fishing or beaching. 2 King Suites, Queen Rm, Bunk Rm, Pool, Outdoor Bar, Putting Green, AND a straight shot down Ave G to the beach! The space
Whatabeach House, off Cut Off Rd, which is also Ave G is a straight shot to the beach by about 6 blocks. Location is prime! Quick access to the beach, Old Town, Marina, Ferry, Shopping, Eateries, Entertainment! Easy to park 4 vehicles, boat parking is allowed, and it is in the golf cart zone; bring or rent the golf carts!

You will know you are at the right place when you see the Whatabeach House painted fence! The oversized front deck will welcome you and you'll linger just a bit to catch a nice sunset view if you arrive at that time.

Go on in to the main room which offers an oversized sofa for all of the family and friends to kick back and watch a large 65" Smart TV with soundbar and Apple TV, mix a drink or 2 at the dry bar, pull out some board/card games and enjoy your vacation with a perfect mix of luxury, amenities and relaxation!

For the chef's, this beautiful and well stocked kitchen has everything you need and want to prep, cook, serve and dine! For those that like to watch, the kitchen island offers bar seating. Morning coffee is ready with both k cup and drip coffee maker. The large dining table seats everyone comfortably and beautifully!

Make your way down the hallway to all of the named bedrooms (we will leave those names for you to find when you arrive) - king suite with private bath, another king suite with private bath, a super cute and fun 3 tiered, double bunk bed room, queen room, and guest/hall bath. All bedrooms are with LCD Smart TV's with Spectrum TV and all your favorite streaming apps!

Although the interior will capture you, it's hard to beat this back yard space. Another oversized deck, perfect for sunrises, a private pool, a putting green, grill, and outdoor bar, all set perfectly with party lights for your evenings! Need a fire, a propane fire pit completes your evening experience at Whatabeach House.

Family and friends will also have the perfect photo backdrop opportunity in front of the Whatabeach House graffiti fence!!

The owners have thought of every detail for your guest experience at Whatabeach House. Luxury, high end finishes, while maintaining a coastal vibe and a relaxation feel inside and out will keep you coming back to Whatabeach House! It will be your new favorite spot in Port A!

House Rules/Things to Note:

-Please note that we provide a STARTER set for guests to include trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and shower gel. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night.

-NO SMOKING. This is a non smoking property. $500 fee will be added if smoke odor is present in the home.

-Guests are responsible for their own beach chairs, beach towels and pool towels. Our linens and towels are NOT to be removed from the property for any reason.

-Check in Time is approx time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.

-Pets must be disclosed and pet fee paid prior to arrival or additional fees will be applied.

-No Parties/Events.

-We offer our guests a guide for our fave restaurants, activities, bars, nightlife, golf cart rental discounts and many other recommendations.

This great location of Whatabeach House is unique, being right off of Ave G/Cut Off Rd, which is a straight shot to the main entrance of the beach, and not overcrowded like many other Port A areas. There's ample parking for boat, vehicles and golf carts. Easy access to everything in Old Town...shopping, dining, entertainment, marina, etc.
