The Keel Lime Suite - Old Florida River Adventure Stay
Welcome to the Keel Lime Suite at Manatee Landing Retreat — a funky, tiny-home-inspired studio suite inside our reimagined vintage river motel turned Old Florida Adventure Lodge Resort on the Weeki Wachee River.
This private suite sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed and bunk beds, and includes a fully equipped kitchenette, private full bathroom, private key-code entrance, and access to our waterfront retreat grounds.
Step outside into our Weeki Wachee canal-fed oasis where you can kayak, paddle board, swim, fish, grill, gather by the fire, play cornhole, sip something cold, and soak up the easygoing magic of Old Florida.
Shared kayaks are included with your stay. Paddle board rentals and motorized float boat rentals may also be available on property.
Manatee Landing Retreat has 4 private suites, so unless you book the entire property, you may be sharing the outdoor common areas with other guests. We ask everyone to enjoy the space with care, kindness, and respect.
You’ll be close to local food, drinks, craft brews, river adventures, and the main shopping area just a few miles away.
Come paddle, play, chill, and experience a little piece of Weeki Wachee paradise.

We are so excited to share our bespoke
4 suite retreat with you!
Feel free to enjoy all the amenities.
Kayaks, snorkel/fins, floats, hammocks, Corn Hole, outdoor/indoor games, bubble machine and more. When you are finished please wipe down with cleaning spray provided around the property. (I.E kayak paddles, life vests, chairs, grill, etc.)
You will most likely be sharing this “peace of paradise” with other guests if you have not reserved the entire property for your family, friends or booked a retreat.
You are encouraged to enjoy the outside Weeki Wachee Springs canal fed oasis. You can launch your kayak or one of ours, SUP from our dock, tie up your boat, fish, swim, grill, chill, corn hole, enjoy a cold beverage and more. Shared Kayaks are available and included with your stay!

These unit policies apply to all four private suites at Manatee Landing Retreat: **Berry Nauti Suite, Mellow Sol Suite, Manateal Suite, and Keel Lime Suite**.

Check-out: 11:00 AM
**Kindness Rules**
Manatee Landing Retreat is a small 4-suite boutique waterfront retreat. Unless you have reserved the entire property, outdoor areas and amenities may be shared with other guests. We ask all guests to enjoy the space with care, kindness, and respect so everyone can experience the magic of the river.
• Up to 2 cars per suite
• Overnight occupancy is based on each suite’s listed sleeping capacity, with up to 4 daytime visitors per suite
• Up to 4 kayaks per suite may be available, based on availability
• Smoking is permitted outside only. Please be respectful of non-smoking guests
• Please care for all shared amenities and return anything you use before moving on to another activity. This helps keep the vibe alive and the space comfortable for all guests
• Quiet time begins at 11:00 PM
• Before checkout, please strip used bedding, remove comforters from duvet covers, and place used duvet covers and towels in a pile on the floor
• All guests must sign the electronic waiver included in the welcome message before using outdoor spaces, kayaks, paddle boards, water toys, or river amenities
**Paddle Board Rentals, Tours & Motorized Watercraft**
Paddle board rentals, guided paddle tours, and motorized/electric watercraft rentals may be available on property for an additional fee. Availability is limited, so we highly recommend making arrangements before arrival.
All guests using paddle boards, kayaks, motorized watercraft, water toys, or river equipment must complete the electronic waiver before use. Safety instructions, rental details, and availability will be shared upon request or in your welcome information.
**Cancellation Policy**
Full refund for cancellations made at least 5 days before check-in.
Partial refund for cancellations made within 5 days of check-in.
No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date.
We understand that life can bring unexpected challenges. In the event of a serious illness or unforeseen circumstance, please reach out directly. While refunds are not guaranteed, we are always open to a thoughtful conversation and will do our best to find a fair solution whenever possible.
