Ideal for couples, families and friends, it's perfectly located for exploring Chatsworth House, Heights of Abraham, Cromford Canal and the stunning Peak District National Park. After a day of adventure, relax in the welcoming living space and enjoy everything this beautiful corner of Derbyshire has to offer.

The space
This spacious townhouse is set over three floors and has everything you need for a relaxing stay, whether you're visiting with family, friends or as a base to explore the Peak District.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

The comfortable living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring, with cosy seating, a SKY TV and direct access to the private outdoor patio.

There is a family bathroom with both a bath and overhead shower, along with an additional downstairs WC.

The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families, couples or small groups.

One off-road parking space is available next to the house. Otherwise guests can park on the road in front of the property, where parking is unrestricted.
