Unbeatable location, a few steps from the Cathedral, the Garden and Plaza de Toros San Marcos, as well as Calle Nieto, will allow you to rest peacefully, without being immersed in the hustle and bustle of the city.

The space
The house is ideal for both BUSINESS TRIPS and FAMILY TRIPS, as we have all the necessary amenities for it, from a private office to work, to green areas and a solar heated pool for your family's exclusive use, ideal for a dip on hot days. Its high white walls give you the tranquility you want when you return home after a day full of work or fun. You can enjoy a good book from our small library with copies about Aguascalientes, watch a movie or just take a bath or a coffee to prepare to rest. The view from our garden terrace at night is unmissable!

We share with our guests the effort we proudly make every day to be an ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY accommodation. We have a solar heater for the pool, solar panels for the generation of electricity, as well as an energy saving system for the operation of our air conditioners that already have inverter technology. We are continually looking for new solutions.

During the San Marcos Fair and Holy Week (mid-April to early May) as well as the Festival of the Skulls (end of October, beginning of November) only MEDIUM-SIZED cars.

IT IS ESSENTIAL TO REQUEST THIS SPACE IN ADVANCE (limited availability).

FOR SMALL MEETINGS OR WORK MEETINGS, we have the main LIVING-DINING area, with a capacity of up to 16 people that can be accessed, previously accepting the regulations for its use, with an additional cost, which must be paid before your arrival.

*We have some extra hotel-style single beds or mattresses, which help us provide a comfortable rest for our guests.

*We have common cleaning supplies available to our guests.

*They will be provided with the necessary keys upon arrival.

*As a mandatory security measure, IDENTIFICATION of ALL guests is required at the time of booking confirmation, as well as the presence of each guest at the time of check-in.

*Our accommodation is located right in the area that touches the REAL INLAND PATH, declared, by UNESCO, World Cultural Heritage Site.

Here, you wake up to the ringing of the churches that surround our house and that invite you to take a walk through the clear streets of our historic center. You'll meet some people who like to go for a walk in the mornings in the San Marcos Garden... or simply to savor freshly baked bread a few steps from our house. In the mornings, there is a normal work environment; but in the afternoons and evenings, there is a bohemian atmosphere that invites you to have a coffee with freshly ground beans or a drink in one of the nearby bars.
