The living area opens to a large covered porch overlooking a field with grazing Longhorns. Longhorns are in a fenced in area for guests to enjoy and view at a distance - stay back 10' from the fence. The porch is a perfect place for morning coffee or happy hour! An attached covered entertaining area includes family friendly games such as cornhole toss, darts, and horseshoes.

This location has another property that sleeps 6. Both have their own firepit, charcoal grill and outdoor entertaining area. This lodging is conveniently located by the newest addition to this property - Circle C Barn Venue.

The location is 20 miles from Lake Somerville, 28 miles from Kyle Field at Texas A&M, 47 miles from Round Top, and easy access to numerous wineries in the area. Plenty of parking for your boat is available after a day of fishing or water sports at nearby lakes.
