The space
Hilhaus has a lower-level master bedroom and bathroom, a large loft bedroom, a kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with a fireplace.

Outside there is a unique fire pit area with firewood included in the Aframe woodshed, picnic table, bike shed, lawn games!

Guests will find themselves at home with everything you need from coffee, hot cocoa and tea, to board games, books, music and art from local Minnesota businesses.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property, which includes the driveway, cabin, deck, backyard, and bonfire pit.

Other things to note
We are located a mile from downtown Crosby and less than five minutes from the Cuyuna Recreation Area. Prior to your stay you will receive a Welcome guide for all the ways to spend your stay in Crosby! .

Number of Guests: While our listing indicates 4 people per stay, we will consider up to 6 guests on a case-by-case basis. Generally, exceptions are approved for 4 adults with 2 children or families. We offer two bedrooms with queens beds (master and loft.)

The A/C units are located in both bedrooms, and fans in every room. We do not have central air condition.

We do have a ring door bell at the front of the property.

The home is not child-proof and has areas where children should be watched (stairs, bonfire pit and pantry), so please be aware if you choose to bring your little ones please keep an eye on them at all times.

Neighborhood highlights

The Aframe is in a quiet neighborhood just outside of Crosby. We have just over an an acre that’s very wooded on three sides but also on a paved road so it’s easily accessible in the winter! If you are looking for complete privacy in the middle of acres of land, unfortunately, this may not be the booking for you.
