This stylish cozy home is a Masterpiece of design and luxury. Lovely Midcentury home filled with comfort and also exudes modern elegance. Fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. A perfect home away from home for family and friends! Just 25 miles from the airport, 18 miles to Downtown Sac, walking distance to Denio's outdoor marketplace. A few minutes drive to Downtown (Old Roseville) with great restaurants and bars. Trained pets allowed with a small fee. No parties please!

The space
This home is professionally cleaned with fresh linens and towels. 1500 sf. of luxury. There is a tv in every room and patio area with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu ext. Our beautiful kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. Beds in each room are either memory foam or have a memory foam topper with waterproof mattress protector for extra cleanliness. In bedroom 2 there is a pull out trundle twin size bed and a fold out bed. We also offer an automatic Queen size blow up mattress if requested. The home is one of two houses on the property. They are separate and detached, and both have their own yards.

Free parking. Driveways will fit 3 vehicles and there is plenty of street parking.

Other things to note
Old Town Roseville has many great restaurants, shops and bars . The town square boasts Open Air Concerts, car shows, beer gardens, craft fairs & Movie nights. ALL Free!!! Or you may enjoy a leisurely hike/bike ride along the creek on Miner's Trail. Enjoy upscale shopping at Galleria Mall and the Fountains . Sunsplash waterpark and Top Golf are minutes away. Two Hospitals, Sutter and Kaiser, are within 2 miles. Placer Fair Grounds and American raceway are within walking distance. Auburn is 13 miles, Newcastle is 6 miles. It’s a bit over an hour to take in the majestic Sierras.
There are separate temperature controlled wall A/C units in each room and a classic swamp cooler to keep you cool even in the triple digit hot summer days.
