Casa Margarita is a beautiful 3-story home just one block from the beach, located in Brisas de Zicatela, Puerto Escondido. It features Starlink internet, a pool, ocean views, parking, and three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private balcony for comfort and privacy. Please note the pool is shared with Villa Margarita Studio. Upon request, the studio can be added to reserve the entire property exclusively.

The space
Villa Margarita’s location makes it a true gem for your stay. It is within walking distance of Zicatela Beach and the restaurants and cafés of La Punta Zicatela, allowing you to enjoy the area without needing a car.

Rooms

All bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, each with a private terrace and hammock. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, ample closet space, and en suite bathrooms.
Please note: The two upper-level bedrooms include TVs, while the lower-level bedroom does not.

Common Areas

The kitchen features an island-style counter, gas stove, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The living area overlooks the pool and garden, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The second level and rooftop terrace offer spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, especially at sunset.

Guest access

Neighborhood highlights

We are located on the outer side of La Punta area of Puerto Escondido with the bars far enough away to not be kept up all night but close enough to walk to if desired. Located 1 block from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and local shops. Taxis frequent the main road so finding a lift into town is quite easy.
