Roomy, out-of-town duplex, within 7 minutes of downtown Georgetown, KY. You will see farmland and livestock on your drive to your stay with us. We are 40 min from The Arc Experience; 15-25 minutes to Lexington attractions like the KY Horse Park, Keeneland, UK & Rupp Arena! Large rooms throughout. Queen bed in the master suite with a king bed in the guest bedroom, full eat-in kitchen and washer/dryer available. Great place for extended-stay, especially with the applicable discount!!

A Massage Therapist is nearby in Georgetown (a 7 minute drive). She offers gentle, relaxation massage, as well as Cranio Sacral Work. She previously had a room here, on site, but has since moved her business into town.

Although we are NOT within the city limits, we are also NOT isolated, rustic or backwoods. We are just 2 minutes from a tiny town, and 7 minutes from Georgetown KY. The property is located on gently rolling land, that is cleared of most trees, and has beautiful country views of a the fabulous sunsets! It is definitely a respite from the hustle and bustle of big-city life!!
