Please follow directions for location of cabin and parking. Small cabin with full size bed great for 1 or 2 guests. Located on 90+ acres of horse and cattle ranch. Riding lessons are available for additional fees. Multiple animals run loose on the property like dogs, chickens, cats... Feel free to walk around the common areas. We look forward to having you stay with us! Larger Bunkhouse available for parties of 4-6. Horse layover available for additional fee. Pets $30/night.

The space
Small cabin with full bathroom (small shower), mini fridge, coffee bar (k-cups for the coffee maker, sugar, and cream) and microwave. There is a curtain that separates the bathroom from the bedroom. Outside, there’s room to walk or bike around. There’s a swing set for the kids to enjoy. There is also a group of picnic tables in the yard that you may sit at and enjoy.

If you would like a more “quiet” stay, contact Gracie prior to booking to make sure we don’t have any public events going on that night. We occasionally have pop-up events. You may also check the Cavvietta Quarter Horse & Cattle Company website for scheduled events.

Please note there are multiple farm animals on the loose. We can not always guarantee “quiet” as far as the animals go. Please don’t handle the dogs, horses or cows, or feed any animals around the ranch, as some have dietary restrictions. We hope you enjoy the stay!

Again, please follow parking directions! It can be tricky to find the cabins without following the directions.

Guest access
There are telephone poles blocking the grass in front of the cabins. Please do not park between those poles and the cabin. Anywhere on the outside of the poles is fine.

Other things to note
Cell service can be limited with certain providers. AT&T and Verizon have full coverage. Please do not park in the yard in front of the cabin or the bunkhouse as the septic runs through there, but don't worry, the prohibited parking is blocked off with telephone poles.

Please don’t call the dogs. Please don’t try to pet or feed the horses or enter barn without ranch staff. Please do not feed any animals. If you'd like to try to set up a time to visit the barn, reach out and we will see if we can make it happen! Riding lessons can also be scheduled for an additional fee!
