When staying at our home we have went ahead and taken the worry out of traveling. We understand that other airbnbs do not provide basic essentials but we do! Our home is fully stocked with everything you need to make and serve a beautiful meal with your family! We also provide pantry essentials, baby travel essentials (for free!), games, beach/bath towels, COMPLIMENTARY access to our private beach club, lake, and pool. This gives you access to boat and watersport rentals! We also provide fresh cleaned sheets, blankets, and pillows for all beds. Just bring your clothes and relax on vacation! As your host you can trust that I will be available to help and answer any questions pre-stay and during your stay! Please read our reviews! •Downstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed as well as bunk beds (twin beds). There is an air mattress in the closet as well. The downstairs bathroom is right next to the bedroom.
•Upstairs bedroom has a king sized bed. There is a mini crib located in this room which is portable and can be moved downstairs for use or kept upstairs (please bring your own sheets for your baby). There is also an air mattress in the closet.
•Third bedroom is a loft and an open space, however in this area there is a couch that folds down into a small bed. There is also a trundle bed which has two additional twin beds when pulled out for sleeping. We also have a beautiful privacy screen for the loft area while sleeping. The loft (third bedroom) is an open area however the privacy screen works wonderful for creating it as your own space.
**There are 4 TVs in our home. One in each bedroom, living room, and loft area. All TVs have complimentary Hulu/Netflix/Disney+/ESPN+**

Guest access
Access to everything in the Townhome, lake club, pool, beach. Lake access off our deck!
Other things to note
Access to the Private Big Boulder Lake club is now included in your stay for no additional charge. As a Host committed to offering the most for our guests we have gone ahead & paid the fees to include 4 additional Club passes for our guests. The club is only open during the summer months (Memorial Day-Labor Day). So Please Be Advised When Booking. Also no outside alcohol is allowed by the pool or beach.
At the Lake Club you can relax on the beach or go swimming in the Lake. You Also Have Access to go for a dip in the pool. There’s a full sit down bar/restaurant there for indoor or outdoor dining! For an additional fee you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, or pontoon boats! From our door steps it’s a short walk down a well lit path to the lake (about a 3 minute walk). Feel free to message us and We can send over a list of prices for rentals at the Lake Club.
**Pool at Big Boulder Lake Club are only open during the summer months!**
