The house is located in the Rieste district of the unified municipality of Bienenbüttel, right on the edge of a field. Beautiful paths for walking or cycling are right on the doorstep. All facilities for daily needs are available in the centre of Bienenbüttel. The railway station (Hanover - Hamburg line) is also located there.
Since 2025 the house has a sauna area in the outbuilding. The Sugar of the Sauna is Not included in the pricing. It needs to be booked on Site.

The space
The house has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a separate living/dining area with a great fireplace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the bathroom with shower and bathtub. One bedroom is furnished with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed. The other bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed measuring 0.90 x 2.00 metres.
Furthermore, the house has a beautiful covered terrace next to the house, which invites you to linger.
The garden behind the house is unfortunately not yet finished. The approx. 700 square metre property is largely fenced in (escape-proof for dogs).
We attach great importance to a pleasant stay in our house. For us, this includes decent beds and a well-equipped kitchen. As well as a thorough cleaning of all rooms. All rooms are equipped with hard floors.

Storage facilities for bicycles are available.

Up to two medium-sized dogs are allowed after consultation and specification at the time of booking. (Please also note the house rules)
