The Veranda (~100 miles east of Dallas) is a gorgeous East Texas Piney Woods retreat, connecting you with the great outdoors. The on-site Victorian-home at the Veranda can accommodate large groups and families (25). It includes 120 acres with over 8,000 sqft of Texan housing comfort.

The amenities include a professional kitchen, renovated 1920 Victorian home, 2nd kitchen, basketball court with lighting, private pool, 5-acre lake, hiking trails, high-speed Wi-Fi, 9 televisions, and more.

The space
The Veranda is a private and family-owned and operated residence used for vacation rentals, family reunions and events, corporate and church retreats, special occasions, and more only ~100 miles east of Dallas.

Breath in all of the nature you can handle with a beautiful hike around the property with our trails. Take a dip and go swimming in the on-site pool. Enjoy basketball with the whole family. Go fishing in the freshly stocked lakes with monster bass, which make for the most perfect photos. Cook s'mores with the entire family just feet from the lake. On a cool country night, snuggle up around the fireplace and tell awesome stories. Experience a great sleep in your private bedrooms. Can't escape Saturday and Sunday game days? Watch the game with the whole family and connect to our on-site wifi.

Enjoy the game room with fun activities and ping pong! Curl up in a good book by the fire while watching deer feed out the window.
