The Trolley Place is a renovated private residence offering high ceilings, 2 bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen and a beautiful dining room with wood beams. Located in the historic, up and coming Franklin Park neighborhood. Take a lovely 8-minute stroll to the Franklin Park & Conservatory and the Trolley District/East Market with several food choices and drinks. < 1 mile from the Ohio to Erie walk/bike trail, a 326-mile statewide trail. Only 2.4 miles from Downtown and 5.6 miles to OSU.

The space
Trolley Place is on the first floor of a duplex property with a shared backyard. When you arrive, you will be greeted with easy street parking, a smooth self check-in process, and high-speed WiFi. The home includes tall ceilings throughout, a spacious living room, a separate dining room with wood beams, and a fully-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Both bedrooms offer queen-size beds, while one of them provides you with a desk for your workspace needs. Additional sofa bed offered in living room if needed. Your own private washer/dryer is also provided in the basement.

No smoking on the premises (including enclosed backyard, deck, and porch areas) and no events/parties. Only guests listed on booking are allowed on property. Thank you for your understanding!

While Joe is a Columbus native, I am originally from the Republic of Georgia and moved to the U.S. with my family in 2009. After getting married and starting a family, we relocated back to Columbus in 2017.
