Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
Nestled on clear waters of Kennebunk Pond, this all season cottage is a great getaway for everyone. Kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe are on site to enhance your experience. The 224 acre spring fed pond is also stocked by the state. Only 30 minutes to seaside towns of Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, and Portland. Whether at the cottage to participate in any of the water activities, or to be serenaded by the loons while enjoying the fall foliage, I’m sure memories will be made! Available spring tru Jan

The space
The space is private, yet close to amenities. The master bedroom has one queen bed, one guess room has one queen bed, the other guest room has two double beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, spices, etc.
Kayaks, paddle boards, a canoe and a small fishing boat with some fishing gear are on site for your use. Also require life jackets are stored in the laundry room. The cottage is set up to be your home away from home. Please feel free to enjoy it.

Guest access
Guests may access the main house, with the exception of the basement. The garage is not available for guest access. We will provide the lock box code for easy and contact free check in.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood is much like many lake/pond areas. It is filled with summer camps and cottages that are often occupied during the warmer seasons. We have some neighbors that are year round. Just down the street is a wonderful indoor farmers market where you can get a taste of Maine to return home with. We also have the custom amenities such as gas stations, Dublin’ Donuts, local stores, etc within 10 minutes. A bit further you’ll be able to shop Target, TJ Max, Market Basket, and other box stores. To keep things local you are not far from Kennebunkport, Wells, Saco, and Biddeford- all areas that tourists love to enjoy.
