This is 3 separate units that are rented as one large group area. All 3 have to be rented at the same time. Papa Bear is a large 3-story cabin with 10 beds (4 are futons), Mama Bear is a one bedroom unit with 4 beds (2 are futons) and Baby Bear is a one story unit (access has multiple steps) with 2 beds (1-futon). All three have full kitchens, fireplaces (Baby bear is gas), Smart TV's, WiFi, and access to a group yard with BBQ area. Steps away from the Village of Idyllwild.

The space
The 3-Bears is located in between 2 local Inns and the guests of these inns should be able to rely on a quiet neighborhood, therefore loud parties are not appropriate at this site.
