Enjoy the free parking in the Heart of the Bishop Arts District which offers a vast array of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, bars and entertainment. Comfortable queen size bed features soft pillows and fluffy blankets plus sofa-bed accommodates 2 more guests.

-5 minute drive to Methodist Hospital
Easy access to all mayor highways and close to most event venues (send me a message if you want to know the distance from the house to a specific address in mind)

Your arrival is made seamless with a personalized keyless access code, ensuring secure entry for the duration of your stay. As your superhosts, we're accessible anytime to guarantee an exceptional and delightful visit.
Other things to note
➜ No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited, including on porches and in shared spaces. Violations of the smoking policy incur a $250 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. Marijuana use inside or around the property is strictly prohibited.
➜ Please know that only the guests in the reservation are allowed to be at the house at all times and his house shouldn’t not be booked for parties or for more that 4 guests (the amount of guests in the house should match the number of guests in the reservation)
➜ We welcome furry friends! Please note that only 🐶 are allowed and only one dog per reservation. Pets should be included at time of booking to prevent being charged double the fee amount. (dogs only).
- Pets should be well behaved and in a kennel when alone in the house. They are not allowed to be on the furniture.
- Pets are NOT allowed on our provided linens. Please bring your own linens your approved pet will be in the bed during your stay. An additional fee of $50.00. above and beyond the pet fee, will be charged if excess amounts o hair are found on our linens.
- Pets should be in a leash when being in outdoor spaces.
