Welcome to the Knotty Moose Lodge!! Cozy up to the 2 fireplaces when you need an escape! Located on the edge of town to avoid traffic but only 8 minute from downtown Flagstaff, minutes to NAU and 10 miles from Snowbowl Ski Resort. This home is perfect for a few families or a small group of friends looking to escape to the northern pines of Arizona! It has 3 private bedrooms and a bunkroom with 4 full beds, 2 twins trundles an air mattress and 2 bean bags that convert into full beds.

The space
Sleeps 12 adults comfortably and can accommodate 14-16 with air mattresses and bean bags that convert into "beds" (fun for kids). 1 pack and play is available.

Washer and Dryer available upon request.

Please limit to 3 vehicles that fit in the drive way. You will be towed during winter season if parked on the street.

Other things to note
Dogs must be approved prior. Additional pet fee. Please do not allow dogs on furniture and please dispose of all waste prior to departure in outside bins. Service animals and emotional support animals require proper documentation prior and must wear service vest on property.

University Heights is a quiet family neighborhood full of big beautiful mature trees right at the edge of town. Neighbors are very friendly and our cul-de-sac has a closeknit hometown relationship. Right on the edge of town to avoid the congestion but also close enough to stay incredibly convenient.
