Lake views from every angle! There is a happy energy to this property. Beautifully remodeled farmhouse. The home is in a very safe community. Food delivery available, and several highly rated restaurants and dairy bars. Fall in love with the historical value the home has to offer as well as the breathtaking views of the lake. Boat and kayak rentals are available at the East Marina. Every amenity possible provided. Several outdoor areas to enjoy, dining, a burning pit and a private hot tub.

Guest access
You get access to the entire house, the back deck, and both patio areas along with the front porch and upper balcony. There is a large back parking area with easy access into the back door where the keycode is.

Other things to note
There is a venue next door, Lady of the lake Gathering Place, that can be booked separately for an additional cost for small gatherings or a possible weekend micro-wedding package.

It is in a small village that has a dairy bar, bowling alley, small market, convenient store and a gas station. The marina is right down the street that offers everything you need to enjoy the lake. This is a very safe environment and community. There is pizza and food delivery available along with 2 lake front restaurants that are very highly rated. You can enjoy a romantic dinner overlooking the lake and enjoying your favorite cocktail, wine, or craft beer. You are also a quick drive from several other high-quality restaurants, breweries, and wineries. Canton Football Hall of Fame is a 30 minute drive and Amish Country is a 40 minute drive. Centrally located around some of Ohio's premiere wedding barns.

My name is Dawn Leone. My family and I love to spend time at Atwood Lake. We live on the outskirts of New Philadelphia with our dog Henny, cat Sony and three pygmy goats, Theo, Chica and Tink. We are nature lovers and enjoy boating, kayaking, biking, and hiking the local trails. We all enjoy dining at the Donnie's on the Lake and The Dock Restaurants, followed by delicious ice cream at the local dairy bars and watching the sunset over the lake .
