The space
This beautiful private villa is a perfect mix between modern style and Balinese design.
This villa is perfect for a small family or 2 couples.
Enjoy its open living room with a table for 6 persons to enjoy your breakfast or lunch with fan, its comfortable sofa with android TV with Netflix and its pool area with 2 comfortable sun beds.
The 2 air-conditioned and spacious bedrooms also have their own en-suite bathroom with hot water, double sinks, a rainy shower, an hair dryer, body soap and shampoo. We provide 3 towels per person, 1 face, 1 bath and 1 pool towel, changed every 3 days.
Each bedroom is equipped with a king size bed ( 180 x 200 ) with mosquito-net, 4 pillows and a sofa that can be transformed into an extra bed if you have a child and you prefer that he sleeps in the same bedroom as you. You can also store your clothes in a dressing and use a safety boxe.
❤ ❤️ The villa is fully furnished with new furniture and features and a fully equipped American kitchen. You will be pleased to know that high speed FREE Wi-Fi service, up to 75mbs, is available in the entire villa as well.
You will find a desk and a chair in each bedroom if you prefer work with air conditioner.
A daily maid service is also available in the morning, and a free flow complimentary use of mineral water throughout your stay is available.
You will find a coffee machine and coffee, tea and kettle, sugar and a toaster to prepare your breakfast by yourself.
If you need, we can go to grocery before your arrival, do not hesitate to ask.
You will find too all amenities : hand soap, body soap, shampoo, hairdryer, tissue toilet, mosquito repellent products.
We can arrange any kind of scooter or car rental, babysitter, spa, airport pick-up, excursions and many more.
You can also ask us everything you need for your baby : cot, high chair and pool fence. You just need to inform us so that we rent it for you.
❤ ❤️ There are many shops very close, walking distance, laundry ( Kartika Laundry and Quick Laundry ) ; supermarket ( Cocco Mart, Indomaret, Circle K and Foodmart ) ; Money Changer on Jalan Kayu Aya ; spa ( Kimberly Spa, Nu Day Spa and Carla House, Bodyworks ) ; restaurants like Ultimo, Batik, Little Singapore, Happy Chappy, The Bistrot, Chandi, Corner House, Italian Job, Café Bali, Claremont Café, Zia Tina … and they also do delivery if you prefer stay at home ; beac club like Potato Head, W, Mrs Sippy …
For your shopping, you will find trendy brands like Quick Silver, 69 Slam, Lost in Paradise, Flipper, Religion, By the Sea, Bamboo Blonde and all the mall Seminyak Square with many clothing brands. OBEROI is one of the most famous and commercial streets in Bali.
Finally, for sunset, bars, nigth clubs, you will have the choice between Mano, KuDeTa, Red Carpet, Bar 68, Kayu Bar, Blow Bar, La Favela, Malverde ... and many others.
We have private scooters parking available in front of the villa. We don't have space to park a car but you can use taxi to pick up you and to drop you in front of the villa.
If you arrive with a car, you will find a private secure parking with fees 400 meters from the villa ( just behind the Red Carpet Champagne Bar ).
For your security, we put Cctv and lights in the street and on the parking.
For late check out and early check in please confirm with us, our driver can pickup you at anytime and can check in or check out with you.
For your comfort, the cleaning ladies come everyday between 10am and 12pm. If you don’t need or if you need your privacy, please let me know 🙏
Bali is a tropical island, the living room and kitchen are open. You can find bats, frogs, insects of all kinds, ants, birds, mosquitoes… Nothing serious, enjoy !❤❤️.

For long stay, more than 27 nights, depending of the price, electricity, drinking water and amenities are not including.
