Welcome to the Cozy Crab – updated, comfort-focused & steps from the sand! Located in a quiet corner of a beachfront building on the Virginia Beach boardwalk with a seasonal pool (open mid-May–mid-Oct). Sleeps 4 with 3 real beds: one queen and two singles, all with real mattresses. Features a large, updated bathroom with full vanity and a kitchen. Just a few steps up—no elevator needed. No chore checkout, pro cleaning, fresh linens/towels, WiFi. 2nd-floor grills. Eat! restaurant is downstairs!

The space
Stay in an oceanfront building just steps from the sand. This 355 sq. ft. first-floor studio efficiency is located on the side of the building and does not have an ocean view, offering a quieter, more private setting while still giving you full access to the beachfront property.

The unit features a larger interior than most studios with balconies and includes one main living/sleeping area plus a separate bathroom, accessible by about four steps.

-No pets allowed, $500 fine will incur if evidence of pets are found
-No smoking or vaping of any kind indoors, hallway or premises of the building, $500 fine for each violation
-No events, parties or gathering of any kind, $500 fine for each violation
-No late checkout, you must be out before 10am as the cleaners will be showing up at that time. A $200 fee for a late checkout violation but it is not an approval to checkout late.
-no heavy cooking, no aromatic foods, no gutting or cleaning of fish/shellfish or game animals inside the property
-photo id may be required upon check in
-There is a video doorbell installed on the exterior of the home on the front door as a theft deterrent. No cameras are placed inside. The camera may be on and used to verify compliance with rental policies. Tampering, unplugging or disabling the video doorbell may result in a fine of $500 per incident and may result in eviction. Please do not unplug any wall adapters or power strips these effect the internet, door lock and the security camera, you will be charged a service fee to send a tech to fix it.

All non–toilet-trained guests (including those in diapers) must wear swim diapers or rubber swim pants. Guests will cover any additional pool cleaning, draining or refilling costs if the pool is soiled by bodily fluids or trash.
