The space
Welcome to Villa Cabana Royale—one of only 14 exclusive poolside villas at The Palms of Destin. This spacious 1,450-sq-ft villa offers open-concept living with double sliding doors that bring the outdoors in, creating the perfect connection between your indoor space and the tropical lagoon pool just steps away.
Enjoy outdoor dining on your private patio surrounded by lush gardens and the sounds of waterfalls from Destin’s largest 11,000-sq-ft zero-entry lagoon pool, complete with bridges, an island-style hot tub, and a heated secondary pool.
Inside, the villa features two King bedrooms, a twin sleeper chair, and a Queen sofa sleeper, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The living room is designed for relaxation, with an electric fireplace, a 65" Smart TV, and plenty of seating for family movie nights.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need—cookware, bakeware, blender, toaster, crock pot, and a dual coffee station with both Keurig and drip options. The dining table for six is perfect for shared meals or game nights.
The primary suite offers a King bed, an additional single sleeper chair, a large en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, and a new Smart TV. The guest bedroom also has a King bed and wall-mounted TV, with an adjacent full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and bench. A private laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.
Throughout the villa, the décor reflects a modern coastal style in calming blues, whites, and grays, enhanced by elegant metal artwork and a stocked bar cart for evening cocktails.
The Palms of Destin Resort features an 11,000-sq.-ft. zero-entry lagoon pool with waterfalls, bridges, and a tropical island hot tub. Additional amenities include a heated pool, splash pad, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, pickleball, and a playground. On-site dining is available at The Palms Bistro and Good Vibes Bar, both offering casual meals, cocktails, and live entertainment.
A complimentary seasonal shuttle (March–October) provides easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The Shuttle does not transport to/from airport(s).
A $30 nightly resort fee (per reservation) is required by The Palms of Destin and collected separately before arrival. This fee includes six amenity wristbands (children 12 and under are not required to wear one). Two complimentary parking passes are provided.
Resort amenities are managed by The Palms of Destin Resort and may have adjusted hours or limited availability during the off-season (October–February) or for maintenance.

The Palms of Destin offers premier amenities for your enjoyment. A mandatory resort amenity fee is required by The Palms of Destin Resort & Conference Center for all guests. This pass-through fee is collected on behalf of the resort and is not optional.
The resort fee includes six (6) wristbands for amenity access. (Children 12 and under are not required to wear a wristband.)
