Welcome to The Lodge at Hot Lake Springs, originally built in 1906 as a destination for those seeking the therapeutic benefits of the mineral hot springs. We once again offer adventurous travelers a soak and a good nights rest in one of the west's most historic hot springs lodges, located in La Grande, Oregon.

The space
The Lodge at Hot Lake Springs: a historic brick hotel on the edge of a lake steaming with hot springs. Enjoy relaxing in the five shared hot springs soaking tubs that overlook "Hot Lake" and the surrounding mountains.

Lodge Rm. 113 is a two room suite with a Queen bed in each room. Private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower are accessed from one of the bedrooms. Portable AC unit in both bedrooms. This is a 1st floor room. This room looks onto a shared porch area. This room accommodates up to 4 Guests who must be 12 years old or older. Two Guests are included in the base rate, additional Guests are an additional charge.

Although we have renovated the rooms, they are still authentic and historic in almost every way. The windows and doors are over a hundred years old, and function as well you might expect. Sound travels in these old buildings, keeping your voice low at night and early mornings is appreciated by all. The geothermal radiators and pipes can be hot to the touch and sometimes noisy. Lodge Rooms don't have TV’s, alarm clocks, or phones (but there is wifi). What we do offer is blissful relaxation in thermal hot springs to your hearts content and a genuine stay in a historic hotel.

La Grande has been described as a "hidden gem", which offers up an authentic experience in an area that hasn't been "discovered" by most. If you decide to venture farther, we are a short day trip away from Pendleton, Baker City and Joseph.
