Enjoy from our smart TVs located in the main floor living room and apartment’s living room on the ground.

The property offers you an entire lot with water front to the Muskoka River which runs to the Bracebridge falls to the east of the property and to the rapid river area to the west.

Enjoy close by hiking, boating, fishing, beaches, ATV, and restaurants on the water. Looking for a cozy winter retreat? Enjoy outdoor activities such as snowboarding, snowshoeing, skating at Memorial Park, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and even "Snowga"
