Dahlia House is a modern A-frame retreat for two in the heart of Omaha’s Benson Creative District. Thoughtfully curated, as featured in Architectural Digest, it features many unique touches and amenities — sauna, wood-burning hot tub, etc. — to help you find what exactly what you need, and to leave rejuvenated.

Please note: Each stay is curated with great care, and we have a firm cancellation policy. Dahlia House hosts two registered guests only, and no unapproved visitors are permitted.

The space
This space is designed for adults only.

We only accept bookings from guests with a completed profile and previous good reviews. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property. No exceptions.

In colder months, relax and unwind in our barrel sauna. Or cozy up with our indoor fireplace, or outdoors in our (space-)heated greenhouse outdoor living room. You can also enjoy our outdoor fireplace.

In spring through fall, you’re surrounded by tulips, dahlias and so much color. Have coffee amid our wildflower and native grass meadow, along with the butterflies, hummingbirds and bees.

Many of our photos show flowers and the sauna and the greenhouse, which are usually associated with rural areas. We are actually right in the city with a gas station and nightlife very near — and we love our neighborhood! We want you to be aware before visiting that we are located in an urban area.

Other things to note
We offer plenty of slipper options. Please consider removing your shoes and giving your feet a rest.
