It is a very calm location. The house is at a dead end. Ski resorts such as Hopfgarten/ Itter/Söll/Kelchsau/Ellmau/ Kitzbühel can be reached in 20-45 minutes by car. The cross-country ski trail goes straight from the house.
For hiking you do not need a car, but pack your backpack and go to the local mountain "Buchacker".
Numerous mountain or valley tours are possible by e-bike.

I live in the apartment building with my dogs & do the complete "care" .
