It is a very calm location. The house is at a dead end. Ski resorts such as Hopfgarten/ Itter/Söll/Kelchsau/Ellmau/ Kitzbühel can be reached in 20-45 minutes by car. The cross-country ski trail goes straight from the house.
For hiking you do not need a car, but pack your backpack and go to the local mountain "Buchacker".
Numerous mountain or valley tours are possible by e-bike.

I am a cleaning lady, caretaker, host, nail designer as a primary profession, accountant, gardener and everything that accumulates on the side.☺️ I love the details, no matter what area, and look forward to guests who appreciate a well-maintained and clean "home" every time❤️. The house is very quiet at the end of a street.
